I love the promise that he made to Joshua here in ch1 when he said 'I will never leave you, nor forsake you'. This is why Joshua could be strong and bold in the face of adversity and battles.

The same promise has been made to us today in Hebrews 13. He will NEVER Leave us or forsake us. So whatever you face today, know that God is with you and will see you through each challenge as you look to him.
